We have a really super-duper run planned for you for February! The Start will be from Venta El Tunel, just off the Malaga ring-road. It’s nothing like as far as it looks!
One slight problem I have is that the Venta will usually open early for us to get an early breakfast and registration etc., but on this occasion, they won’t open until 10:30! So, please arrive in time for registration, and we can get breakfast and coffee from 10:30. I hope to get cars away then by 11:15 at the latest. Lunch cost is €40 per person, and the Run fee is €20 per car, so if you could bring the correct monies, that would be great!
The route is just fabulous! A mix of everything—mountains, sea views, a spectacular climb (probably the best in Andalucia), fabulous scenery and roads, and really easy, simple navigation.
The Run will finish at the marvellous Restaurante La Bohemia in Coin, just a few minutes from the A-355 road to Marbella and La Cañada, so it’s all easy! The lunch, which is always excellent at this family-run restaurant, includes wines, beers, water, coffee, etc. If you look at the menu, you will see that we only need your choice of the main course, as starters are to share, as are their amazing homemade puddings. Don’t miss this one—the route is really special, and so is the lunch!
