Our July classic & sportscar Run will start from Venta las Navas on the outskirts of Malaga, just off the Malaga ring-road. We have used it before as both a start and finish venue and it’s very easy to get to. Simply head around the Malaga ring-road in the direction of Almeria, Exit at the junction for Almogia and Puerto de la Torre. That is Km./ Exit No. 988. At the end of the slip road turn right towards Puerto de la Torre. The venta is about 800 metres down on the left. Parking is opposite on the RIGHT. Do be careful though, not to overshoot the car park gates which is quite easily done! (Tulips to the start below)
The run is through fantastic countryside and has some spectacular views! The route is certainly not challenging – but you will find a certain FUN element! Roadbooks will be printed for you and given out at the start.
Las Navas is very busy at the moment and they are providing us with a “buffet style” breakfast of Orange Juice, Coffee & a roll with a choice of ham, meats, cheeses etc. for 4,50€ a person. We will be there from 9.30.
The Finish will be at The Green Label restaurant at El Chaparral in Mijas Costa. As this will be our last run until September, we want to create an ‘End of Term’ atmosphere and have a bit of a Party! Any excuse….. we will be dining outside on the terrace and we are providing live music to entertain you and give a good atmosphere! Dancing is definitely on the cards! Guests are welcome for this great day out, but you will need to register their menu choices etc.
