The Run will start from Venta Platero, near Coin. It’s very easy to find, if you come from La Cañada near Marbella, just follow the A-355 all the way and exit at Km.6 the Cartama road. Venta Platero is immediately on your left. Journey time from Marbella is less than 25 minutes.

Start time for cars is 11.00AM but please come in polenty of time for registration, coffee and breakfast etc. It’s a really busy Venta so do please allow plenty of time as the registration desk will close at 10.45.

It should be great fun, the restaurante has the most amazing views out over Malaga and the bay, is quite famous for its Italian home-cooked food and we have quite a menu! It’s attached below, but please peruse it, don’t worry about making choices as, other than the pudding, you will get all of it! So your menu will include pasta, pizza, a special Barbequed variety of meats, salads and more. From the moment we sit down until they finish serving, you will have a free bar with plenty of wines, beers, waters and more. Cost of this is €40pp and it should be a fun day. Something a bit different! The only downside is that there is no fish but with so many other dishes to enjoy I’m sure that won’t be a problem.
On this occasion, if you could let Ian know you’re attending by Wednesday next he’d be grateful as tomorrow he has to pay them a hefty deposit!
